Whereas, the applicant/accused named below has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 15.05.2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.586/2025, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Zahid Phulpoto V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9(i)(3)b CNSA, arising out of Crime No.47/2025 of PS Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
