And whereas, bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the advocate on behalf of applicant/accused in above said case.
And whereas, upon hearing the learned advocate for the applicant/accused and learned DDPP on behalf of state, this court has graned bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused and same is accepted.
