Whereas the below named Applicant / accused has moved Criminal Bail Appln: U/s 497 Cr. P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicant/ accused Bail has been granted vide order dated 15-05-2025 in Crl. Bail Application No.S-109 OF 2025 ( Gphram & Ors Versus The State) to the above named Applicant/ accused subject to his furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each (Fifty thousand Rupees only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.
And whereas the below named applicant/ accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each (Fifty thousand Rupees only) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.
