Today i.e. 17th day of May, 2025, in the above noted Case/Crime accused Muhammad Mustufa Son Of Irfan Naseem for committing the violation of S.06 of CNS Act,1997 and he stands convicted under section 9-(b)of the same Act under section 265-(E) Cr.P.C for R.I for the period of 17 (Seventeen months & 15 (Fifteen) days with to pay fine of Rs 5000/=(Rupees Five thousand only) in default thereof, he will suffer 15 (Fifteen) days more S.I. Benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is extended to the accused. Accused is present before the Court through Video link from concerned jail.
