WHEREAS, on this 19th May, 2025 the accused namely Shaman alias Shamoo son of Ali Mohammad by caste Phulpoto in Crime No.166 /2024, Offence U/S 9(3)-C CNS (Amendment Act,2022) of PS B-Section kKhairpur , is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me ( Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(3)-C CNS (Amendment Act,2022) sentenced to imprisonment for period (09) years and to pay fine of four hundered thousand S.I. for three months. Benefit of S. 382-B Cr.P.C. are also extended to the accused.
This is to authorize and require to you the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive the said accused along with this writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said Judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
