Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 19th May, 2025, the accused namely Shaman alias Shamoo son of Ali Mohammad by caste Phulpoto in Crime No.166 /2024, Offence U/S 9(3)(c) CNS (Amendment) Act,2022 of PS B-Section kKhairpur , is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me ( Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(3)(c)CNS (Amendment) Act, 2022 and he is sentenced to imprisonment for period of (09) nine years and to pay fine of four hundred thousand rupees. In default of payment fine thereof, accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for three months more. Accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C.
This is to authorize and require to you the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive the said accused along with this writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said Judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
