Subject: CONVICTION WARRAN
WHEREAS, on this 19th May, 2025, the accused namely Kaleemullah son of Ghaffar Pathan in Crime No.254/2023, Offence U/S 9-(b) CNS Act of PS S.M.M Khairpur, is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(1)(b) CNS (Amendment) Act, 2022 and sentenced to imprisonment for period of three (03) years and to pay fine of 10,000/= ten thousand rupees. In default of payment of fine thereof, accused shall suffer simple imprisonment for three months more. The accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C.
This is to authorize and require to you the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive the said accused along with this writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said Judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
