Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 20th May, 2025 the accused Koural Khan son of Sher Mohammad by caste Gopang in Crime No.258 /2020, Offence U/Ss 302, 34 PPC PS S.M.M Khairpur , is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section Offence U/Ss 302, 34 PPC and sentenced him to suffer Imprisonment for life as Ta’zir for the offence punishable under Section 302(b) Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 and to pay compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- (three hundred thousand rupees) as required under Section 544-A Cr.P.C. The compensation, if paid by accused be given to the complainant Mst. Zahib Zadi being mother of deceased. In case of non-payment of compensation amount, accused shall suffer S.I for two years more. The accused is extended benefit of section 382B Cr.PC.
This is to authorize and require to you the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
