SUBJECT:   CONVICTION WARRANT

                        Whereas, accused Sameer @ Raju S/o Abdul Ghaffar & Yaseen @ Owais S/o Muhammad Aslam involved in Criminal Case No: 2988/2024 having Crime No.585/2022, Offence 392/397/34 PPC, of P.S: Johrabad, Karachi are convicted under section 245 (2) Cr.P.C and each sentenced to 3 years rigorous imprisonment and pay Rs.45,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Thousand only) as fine under section 392 P.P.C. In case of failure to pay the fine, the convicts shall further serve simple imprisonment for 6 six months. The convicts produced by jail authority, are sent back to Central Prison, Karachi along with conviction warrant for serving the sentence in accordance with law. Benefit of section 382 (B) Cr.P.C is extended to the convicts and their period of sentenced is to be calculated from the date of arrival in jail

           You are hereby directed to receive the custody of the above name accused persons and release the above named accused in the above said crime, if the (03) three years sentenced period is already undergone and if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime.
