Whereas, accused namely Naimatullah son of Ghulam Sarwar by cate Lakho, whom you hold in to your custody for offence punishable referred above. This court has been granted the bail to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-only (Rupees thirty thousand) only and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Fazal Muhammad son of Jamaluddin Khan by caste Soomro R/O Village Jamaluddin Soomro taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand) only, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in some other case/crime after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record with directions to appear before this court on 02.06.2025 at 8-30 a.m without fail.
