The accused named below have been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated:20.05.2025
Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused (1). Irshad Ali son of Gul Muhammad Zardari, (2) Asif Ali son of Buxial Khan Zardari, before this Court in below case and crime. And after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused & DPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicants/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty thousand) each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicants /accused furnished. One Imran Ali S/o Karam Ali Zardari, R/o Muhalla Rajput Radhan Taluka Mehar District Dadu is present and stood surety for below named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicants/ accused (1). Irshad Ali son of Gul Muhammad Zardari, (2) Asif Ali son of Buxial Khan Zardari from your jail custody at once if they are no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicants/accused along with this writ. The applicants/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court on the date of hearing to face their trial in below mentioned case & Crime.
