Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees one lac) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one namely Farooque Ahmed Leghari son of Muhammad Usman leghari, R/o Village Khan Muhammad Leghari, Drigh Balal, Taluka Johi and District Dadu, the sum of Rs. 100,000/-(Rupees one lac) to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore directed to release the below named applicant/accused, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs. 100,000/-(Rupees one lac) and submit such P.R Bond before this Court.
