Whereas, the case against the accused persons namely Asif Ali S/o Imdad Chandio and Ahsan S/o Suleman Chandio have been kept on abeyance till the appearance of complainant and his witnesses. Therefore accused are hereby released subject to furnishing P.R bond is sum of Rs.2000,00/-each.
You are therefore directed to release the above named accused in the aforementioned case/crime, forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bonds of accused are enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after obtaining the signature/LTI of accused persons on it. The accused named above shall appear before this court as and when required in future. The case will be re-opened as and when all witnesses are produced before the court.
