             WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case/crime No.11/2025 U/S 8.SPPM,SS of use Gutka and Main Puri Act, 2019 of Police Station Chachro, before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas and after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and Deputy Prosecutor General  for the state, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas has granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand only ) with P.R bond in the like amount.
                You are therefore, required and authorized to release accused named above forthwith, if he is not required in any other case with directions to him to appear before this Court on 31.05.2025, at 08:30 a.m. without fail. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is also sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTI of the accused and the same is returned to this Court without fail for record.
