Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicants/accused 1-Aamir Ali son of Balach Khan 2-Ali Gul @ Mureed Abbas son of Abdul Qadir both by caste Magsi vide B.A dated 21.05.2025 in Crl. Bail Application No.14/2025 Re-Aamir Ali Magsi & another V/S The State for the offence under section 392, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.20/2025 of PS Behram district Kamber-Shahdadkot at Kamber, in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below/above named applicants/accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after taking P.R bond from them. The P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused bound down to appear before this court on 02.06.2025 at 8:30 am without fail.
