Whereas, learned counsel for above named applicant/accused has filed a criminal bail application S-422/2025 U/S; 497-Cr.P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad, in the above mentioned case/crime and after hearing the arguments the Honourable High Court have been granted bail to above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime furnishing P.R bond in the like amount solvent surety sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) with satisfaction of trial Court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused, in the above mentioned case/crime, if, he is not required in any other case/crime. The P.R bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after obtaining the signatures/LTI of applicant/accused on it. The accused is directed to attend before this court on 04.06.2025 at 08.30 A.M.
