The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas, in the below noted case/ crime this Court passed an order and below named accused is convicted U/S 243 Cr.P.C of an offence U/A 4 PEHO and sentenced him simple imprisonment for the period of twenty one days which he has already undergone (Accused remained in jail from 05-05-2025 to 26-05-2025 same are considered as undergone). And he is also fined in the sum of Rs.200/ and which he has paid.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release below named accused forthwith in the above noted case/crime as per order dated 26.05.2025 if he is not required in any other case/crime.
