SUBJECT:        RELEASE OF ACCUSED KHADIM HUSSAIN SON OF MIAN BUX RIND, IN  CRIMINAL BAIL APPLN.NO.1254/2025,(KHADIM HUSSAIN VERSUS THE STATE) ARISING OUT OF CRIME NO.31/2025 P/STATION FORT, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 324, 353-PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Special Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused KHADIM HUSSAIN SON OF MIAN BUX RIND and upon hearing Mr.Sarang Latif, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirtyh thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and Ghazala W/o Khadim Hussain has stood surety for the accused.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused KHADIM HUSSAIN SON OF MIAN BUX RIND from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
