Whereas, accused namely (01) Zubair Ahmed & (02) Khalid Ahmed both sons of Abdul Hameed Shaikh by caste, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections under the remand warrant of this court. This court has granted bail to the above named accused persons on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each (Thirty thousand each) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Ahsan Ali son of Abdul Hameed by caste Shaikh r/o Station Road Taluka & District Ghotki has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in other case/crime.
