Subject:         RELEASE OF ACCUSED GHULAM ASGHAR S/O ABDUL GHAFFAR DAHAR, IN  C.P NO. D-743 OF 2025,(GHULAM ASGHAR VERSUS THE STATE) ARISING OUT OF CRIME NO.104/2025 PSTATION BHITAI NAGAR, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 9(1) 3 (B) CNSA.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Petition was filed before the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused GHULAM ASGHAR S/O ABDUL GHAFFAR DAHAR and upon hearing Mr. Manzoor Ali Siyal, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Shawak Rathore, Deputy Prosecutor General, the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide Order dated 22.5.2025 received under endorsement letter No. D-743 of 2025 No. 4709 dated 24.05.2025of High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Shahnawaz Ali Bhutto S/o Najmul Hassan Bhutto has stood surety for the applicant/accused.

 You are therefore, directed and required to release accused GHULAM ASGHAR S/O ABDUL GHAFFAR DAHAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousan) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before this  Court on the date of hearing viz.01.06.2025 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
