                             Whereas the above named appellants/accused Ghulam Abbas and Rajib and Jaffar Shah have convicted by the Court of Civil Judge and JM- I kandiaro on 15-05-2025 in Crl.Case No.64/2023 Re-State versus Jaffar shah and others ) arising out of  Crime No.49/2023 of Police Station Mehrabpur under Sections 420, 406, 34, 504, 506/2 PPC. The above named appellants/accused preferred Crl.Appeal No.17/2025 (Re-Jaffar Shah and others versus Sikandar Ali and another) through Mr. Waseem Solangi Advocate along with an application under Section 426 Cr.P.C. The above said application was heard and the appellants/accused are admitted on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each only accused Ghulam Abbas and Rajib and P.R bond in the like amount.   

                        The appellant/accused above said furnished their required sureties to the satisfaction of this Court.You are hereby directed to release the above named appellants/accused forthwith, if they are no more required by any other Court in any case/Crime, under intimation to this Court, with direction them to appear before this Court on 04-6-2025 at 08.30 a.m without fail
