Whereas bail has been granted by the Court of Honourable 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Sanghar in criminal bail application No.616/2025 vide order dated 29.05.2025 subject to providing a solvent surety in the sum of equivalent amount of disputed cheque along with a P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished in behalf of the above named accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed to release the above named accused (If he is not required in any other custody case by any court). The P.R bond of the accused is attached here with for obtaining signatures/LTI, with the direction that same may be returned to this court for record.
