WHEREAS, below named UTPs/accused are facing trial in your jail, in Case No.66/2025 State Versus Muhammad Azeem Gaibiani Chandio Vs The state for offence under section 5 of Prevention of gambling Act, 1977, in Crime No.47/2025 of PS Warrah, in the sum of Rs.15000/- in word ( Rupees Fifteen thousand Rupees) each and P.R Bond in the like amount.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of below named accused have been furnished which have been provisionally accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime after taking his P.R bond.
