WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicants/accused has filed application bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in crime No.29/2025, under sections 379 & 408 PPC of Police Station Islamkot before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas and after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused and Deputy Prosecutor General for the state, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas has granted bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousands) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousands) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case by any other Court, after causing their P.R bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousands) each with direction to appear before trail Court without fail, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing their signature within two days to this Court for record.
