Subject:     RELEASE WRIT.

                             Whereas,  this court has passed an following order  on dated: 30.05.2025 
                  “In the light of    above discussion, it appears legally imperative to me to require the accused, who is brought before me in custody in the light of above dictum to order his release by execution of bond as provided under section 91 Cr.P.C in the shape of P.R bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- also against one surety of such sum to the satisfaction of this Court. Upon execution of the same, he shall be released from custody accordingly with the directions to keep attending the court to each and every date of hearing to face the trial either before this Court during transitional period or before the Special Court, if it established in the meanwhile.”

                  And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one namely Mst. Nusrat son of Ghulam Rasool Janwari, R/o Muhulla Ismabad, Taluka Mehar and District Dadu in the sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) to the satisfaction of this Court.

           You are, therefore directed to release the below named applicant/accusedfrom your jail custody at once, if  he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend the this Court on 13.06.2025.
