Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely Munawar S/o Muhammad Umar by caste Khokhar in this Court, after hearing the learned APG and advocate for applicant/accused named above, the applicants/accused have been granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Munawar S/o Muhammad Umar by caste Khokhar from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) from him and send the same to this Court for office record.
