WHEREAS, the advocate for above named accused has filed bail application u/s: 497-Cr.P.C before the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad, after hearing bail Application has been granted to accused above named, in the above mentioned case/crime, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 200,000/- (two Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Trial Court vide letter No.4941 dated:31.05.2025 of the Additional Registrar, the Honorable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Hyderabad, in Cr.Bail Application No.S-460 of 2025, Kandiaro & others, CRIME NO.225/2022, U/S 302-114-34 PPC OF PS Tando Adam City. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if they are not required in any other case by any other Court. The P.R bond, of the accused is sent herewith, and returns the same after obtaining the signature/LTI on it. The accused be directed to appear before trial court on 21.06.2025 without fail.
