Whereas, accused namely (1) Nazeer Ahmed son of Bhooral and (02) Shabeer Ahmed son of Allah Rakhio both by caste Waseer, whom you hold in to your custody for offence punishable referred above. This court has been granted the bail to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-each (Rupees one lac each) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Niaz Ahmed son of Karim Bux by caste Waseer r/o Village Mir Khan Waseer Taluka Mirpur Mathelo District Ghotki, has filed two seperate affidavits for standing surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (Rupees one lac) each, which have been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if they are no more required in some other case/crime after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record with directions to appear before this court on 05.06.2025 at 8-30 a.m without fail.
