Bail Application No. 673/2025, re Rehmatullah Khoso & another Versus The State, u/s 302, 114, 337Hii, 148, 149-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 17/2025 of PS A Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs. 200,000/-(Rupees Two Lacs) each and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned trial Court.
