Whereas, the applicants/accused have made bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this court through the learned counsel, praying therein that for grant of bail on the subject case and crime, and after hearing the advocate for the applicants/accused, learned counsel for the complainant and the learned ADPP for the state and perusal of the police papers, this court has granted the bail to the accused persons in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each with PR Bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the above named applicants/accused have furnished required surety provisionally to the satisfaction of this Court in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each with PR in the like amount.
You are therefore, required and authorized to release above named accused persons forthwith (if they are not required in any other case/crime) with direction to them to appear before this Court on 05.06.2025 at 09-00 am without fail. Obtain the accused persons signature or left thumb impression on the Personal Recognizance bond and send it to this court for record.
