SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MANSOOR S/O NAJAMUDDIN, CHANDIO IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.1251/2025, (MANSOOR CHANDIO VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.89/2025 OF PS QASIMABAD/NASIM NAGAR, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 25 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MANSOOR S/O NAJAMUDDIN, CHANDIO and upon hearing Mehwish Qureshi, Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one ASIF ALI S/O MUHAMMAD YAQOOB, CHANDIO has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MANSOOR S/O NAJAMUDDIN, CHANDIO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
