The deponent namely Moar Ali son of Saleh Muhammad by caste Indhar r/o Village Nazar Muhammad Indhar taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for above named appellant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) only with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court, which has been accepted by this Court.
