Bail Application in Sessions Case No. 171/2025, re Muhammad Yaseen Khoso Versus The State, u/s 302, 311, 34-PPC, bearing Police Crime No. 03/2025 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan, in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- (Rupees Two Lacs) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before this Court on the date of hearing viz: 16.06.2025 at 08:30 am withoutfail.
