Whereas, accused namely Rais Azeem @ Rais son of Azad Ali @ Azad by caste Bullo, whom you hold in to your custody for offence punishable referred above. This court has been granted the bail to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.200,000/-only (Rupees two lac) only and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Sahib son of Dolat Khan by caste Bullo r/o Village Khairo Sangi taluka Pano Akil District Sukkur has filed seperate affidavit for standing surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- only (Rupees two lac) only, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if he is no more required in some other case/crime after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
