Whereas, on receipt of bail application in Appeal U/s 426 Cr.PC filed by the advocate on behalf Appellants/accused namely 1.Wazeer Ali S/o Muhammad Malook Memon and 2.Babar Ali S/o Wazeer Ali Memon in this Court, after hearing the learned APG and advocate for applicants/accused named above, the applicants/accused have been granted bail in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (Rupees One lac) each and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (Rupees One Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release Appellants/accused namely 1.Wazeer Ali S/o Muhammad Malook Memon and 2.Babar Ali S/o Wazeer Ali Memon from jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (Rupees One lac) each from them and send the same to this Court for office record. The Appellants/accused be directed to attend this court on the date of hearing viz;26.06.2025 at 08:30 A.M.
