Whereas, accused Qadeer Ahmed @ Qadeer Ali s/o Ghulam Sarwar @ Sarwar, by caste Shaikh, whom you hold into your jail custody in the above mentioned case/crime, has been granted bail by this court, in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Rupees) in above subject bail/crime. One deponent namely Jamul Khatoon w/o Ghulam Sarwar, by caste Shaikh, r/o village Nabi Bux Shaikh, Taluka and District Ghotki, appeared and filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named applicant/accused, in the sum of Rs.30,000/-, which has provisionally been accepted by this court.
You are therefore, directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, if he is no more required in some other case/crime.
