Whereas, applicant/accused Khalid S/o Ali Asghar Mirbahar has been granted post arrest Bail by this court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- ( Twenty thousand rupees only) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Abdul Waheed S/o Ali Asghar Mallah R/o Village Mir Khan Muhalla K.N Shah Taluka K.N Shah which has been accepted by this Court being trial Court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Khalid Hussain S/o Ali Asghar Mirbahar, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.20,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court.
