Whereas, a Constitutional Petition has been filed by the Counsel of applicant/accused, named above before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad, The Honourable High Court after hearing the arguments, is granted post-arrest bail to the above named applicant/accused subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25000/-(Rupees Twenty five Thousand) with PR bond in the like amount to this court. The required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the named above applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with, if, he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court of law. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on 28.06.2025 without fail to face his trial.
