Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely 1.Allah Ditto S/o Shafi Muhammmad by caste Leghari & 2.Rano Haji Piral Laghari in this Court, after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicant/accused named above, the applicant/accused has been granted bail in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one Lac) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused have been furnished in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (Rupees one Lac each) with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely 1.Allah Ditto S/o Shafi Muhammmad by caste Leghari & 2.Rano Haji Piral Laghari from jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each (Rupees One Lac each) from them and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicants/accused be directed to attend the investigation/trial court.
