Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.     

The accused named below has been granted bail in the below mentioned case/crime vide order dated:14.06.2025.       
Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused Yaseen son of Ali Gohar Chandio, before this Court in below case and crime. And after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & DPP for the State, this Court has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted to bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-( Thirty thousand) only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/ accused furnished. One Tofique Ahmed S/o Nazeer Ahmed Mangi, R/o Village Muhammad Khan Chand Taluka K.N. Shah District Dadu is present and stood surety for below named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/ accused Yaseen son of Ali Gohar Chandio, from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- only in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before the trial court on the date of hearing, to face his trial in the below mentioned case & Crime.
