Whereas, the below named applicants/accused who were sent to your custody under the remand warrant of this Court to face the pending trial Under Sections: 506(2), 504, 427, 337-A(i),F(i), H(2), 147, 148, 149 PPC before this Court presented an application for releasing them on bail through Mr. Zahid Hussain Brohi Advocate and where upon hearing of learned ADPP for the state this court has ordered that each accused named below be released on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the below said applicants/accused have furnished the required surety before this Court.
