The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas, bail have been granted to blow named applicant/accused persons which is provenally accepted in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each in Criminal Bail application, vide order dated 18.06.2025 Re. Abdul Wahab and others for offence u/s -337-Fv,PPC-34,PPC-354,PPC-504-PPC in Criminal Case No 55/2024 of Police Crime No. 69/2023 of P.S B-Section Shahdadkot. The required surety have been furnished on behalf of blow named applicant/ accused persons, which is accepted. You are, therefore, required to release the blow named accused persons forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The bail bond is enclosed herewith same be return to this Court within three days after taking signature/LTIs of the accused. The matter is already fixed on 25-06-2025. The accused persons should be bound down to appear before this Court on the above said date of hearing without fail.
