Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT
WHEREAS, on this 18th June, 2025 the accused Agha Mohammad son of Shah Mohammad Kakar in Crime No.01 /2020, Offence U/S 9© CNS Act 1997 PS Excise Police Gambat, is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9© CNS Act 1997 and sentenced him to suffer Imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.2,00,000/= (two hundered thousand rupees only) in default of payment of fine , accused shall suffer S.I for one year more. The accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC, his period of detention shall be deducted from his sentence.
This is to authorize and require to you the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
