Whereas, the above Application u/Section 497 Cr.PC was filed on behalf of accused Muhammad Yaqoob son of Shafiu Muhammad and (2) Nawaz @ Gedooro son of Shafi Muhammad and upon hearing Noor Nabi Samoo, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has stopped proceedings of the case and order to release the accused, if no more required in anyother custody case, subject to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount with directions to attend this Court if and when required on receipt of the notice of this Court.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and SHAHZAD SON OF RASOOL BUX MUGHAL has stood surety for the accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused persons from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Thirty thousand rupees) for his appearance before this Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively whenever directed/required until final disposal of the case since the case proceedings are stopped for the time being.
