Whereas the accused named below were remanded to your custody pursuant to a warrant issued by the learned Consumer Protection Judge/Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Jacobabad, to face trial under section 397 PPC. Subsequently, cognizance was taken on the final investigation report for offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 PPC. Thereafter, learned counsel for the accused, Mr. Mehboob Ali Thaheem, moved a bail application before this Court, which was allowed subject to each accused furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Forty Thousand Rupees) and executing a personal recognizance (P.R.) bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court. The accused have now complied with the bail conditions by furnishing the requisite surety and P.R. bond before this Court.
You are, hereby required to release below named accused forthwith from your custody, if they are not required to be detained in any other case after executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs 40,000/- (Forty thousand) from each accused for their appearance before this Court on 02.07.2025 at 08:30 a.m. without fail.
