Subject: CONVICTION WRIT
WHEREAS, on this 20th June, 2025 the accused Abdul Aziz son of Gul Hassan by Caste Kalhoro in Crime No.262 /2023, Offence U/S 9(1)(b) CNS Act,2022 PS B-Section Khairpur, is convicted u/s 265-H(2) Cr.P.C before me (Ali Bux Thebo) for the offence punishable under section 9(1)(b) CNS Act,2022 and sentenced him to suffer Imprisonment for three(03) years and to pay fine of Rs.10,000/= (ten thousand rupees only) in default of payment of fine , accused shall suffer S.I for three months more. The accused is extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.PC, his period of detention shall be deducted from his sentence.
This is to authorize and require to you the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
