Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicants/accused namely 1-Muhammad Siddique S/o Muhammad Moosa 2-Sajid Ali Muhammad Siddique both by caste Bhand on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand rupees) each and P.R bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Muhammad Hassan S/o Muhammad Rafique Bhand, R/o village Dadan Bhand, Taluka & District Dadu.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicants/accused 1-Muhammad Siddique S/o Muhammad Moosa 2-Sajid Ali Muhammad Siddique both by caste Bhand from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from them in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and submit such P.R bonds before this Court. The applicants/accused be directed to the trial Court.
