Whereas, the above named both accused persons have been granted bail in the above case/crime by this Court with solvent suety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each with PR bond. Sureties have been furnished and accepted.
You are, therefore, hereby directed/authorized to release the accused persons named above involved in above mentioned crime/case forthwith, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court and taken P.R bond from accused persons.
Now the matter is fixed on 24.06.2025 and you are required to inform the accused persons about date of hearing. The Superintendent District Jail, Sanghar is directed to submit P.R bond of accused persons before this Court without fail.
