Whereas the above named applicant/accused through his advocate has filed bail application for grant of bail to him in the aforementioned case/crime and after hearing bail has been granted subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Rupees) to the satisfaction of this court and whereas the required surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Rupees) has been furnished by the above named applicant/accused to the satisfaction of this court, which is accepted accordingly.
