Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ATTA MUHAMMAD @ ATTO SON OF BHOORAL BY CASTE SHAIKH and upon hearing Mr. Muhammad Ali Napar , Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro, ADPP for the State , this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 200,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount.
